OMEBB Property is in its growth phase. We work with vendors, agents, sourcers, landlords and funding partners to keep good projects moving.
Who we work with
- Vendors - people who want a straightforward sale on a property that needs work, without dressing it up for the open market first.
- Estate agents and sourcers - if you have something that does not suit a normal buyer, we would rather hear about it early.
- Landlords - portfolios or single properties you have finished with.
- Funding partners - we use our own capital alongside partner funding to buy. Terms are agreed individually, in writing, before anything is drawn up.

How a project runs
Most projects take two to six months from purchase to completion.

Finding it
Deals come through estate agents, other investors, sourcers, landlords and direct approaches to vendors. We target areas with real demand to buy and to rent.

Buying it
We purchase below market value using our own capital alongside partner funding, so equity exists from the day we complete.

Refurbishing it
We work with established companies in the areas we buy in, supported by a network of trusted trades, aiming at a two to six month turnaround.

Selling or holding
The finished property is sold at its done-up value, or refinanced and held as serviced accommodation.
Funding a project with us
We fund purchases with a mix of our own capital and money from partners we work with directly. Terms are agreed with each partner individually and set out in a written loan agreement before anything goes ahead. Where it is appropriate, that can include a first charge on the property.
