OMEBB Property was set up in January 2021 by Calum and Cameron Colquhoun. We buy property that has been overlooked, put it right, and hand back something worth living in.
What we are here to do
Our mission is to revitalise neglected and underappreciated properties, turning them into homes that set a new standard for property in Scotland.
That means the houses nobody else wants to take on: the ones that need more than a coat of paint. We buy them below market value, refurbish them properly, and either sell them on or hold them.

How we work
The same approach on every project, whether it is a flip or something we hold.

We buy below market value
Every deal is bought below market value, so the equity is there on the day we complete rather than something we have to hope for later.

We refurbish properly
We work with established firms and a network of trusted trades in the areas we buy in, typically turning a project around in two to six months.

We run the numbers first
Every project is analysed before we commit. Buying below market value is what protects a deal if values move against us.
