What we do

  • We buy below market value

    We aim to buy below market value, so the equity is there the day we complete rather than something we hope for later.

  • We refurbish properly

    Established firms and trusted trades in the areas we buy in, usually turning a project around in two to six months.

  • We sell or we hold

    Finished properties are sold at their done-up value, or refinanced and held as private rentals or serviced accommodation.
